1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ReditX app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any updates we may publish. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ReditX.
• You agree to use ReditX responsibly and not for illegal or prohibited activities.
• You must not misuse ReditX, including but not limited to unauthorized access, spamming, or interference with the app.

3. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to use certain features of ReditX.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and confidential.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and software provided through ReditX are the property of ReditX or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Is abusive, offensive, or discriminatory
• Contains sexual, violent, or illegal material
• Includes nudity, pornography, deepfakes, or impersonation
• Poses harm to children or minors

6. Limitation of Liability

• ReditX is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app.
• Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ReditX for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India/Karnataka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

10. Payments and Refund Policy

ReditX operates on a prepaid credit-based system. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited back under any circumstances.
• Subscription cancellations are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, you will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period or any unused credits remaining in your account.
• You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle, even after cancellation. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
• Credits purchased as part of a plan or as a standalone purchase are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside of the ReditX platform.
• ReditX reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, and credit allocations at any time. Such changes will not affect payments already processed.
• In the event of a technical error or duplicate charge solely caused by ReditX, please contact us at support@reditx.ai within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and, if verified, issue a resolution at our sole discretion.

By completing a purchase on ReditX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
